FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS: NO CONTRACT, NO FACILITY FEES, NO ENROLLMENT FEES, NO MAINTENANCE FEE Memberships are: Monthly Auto-Draft • This is a RECURRING monthly membership. • Card or bank account will be automatically charged every 30 days from membership start date. • Membership remains active and continues to draft until cancelled in writing. Membership can be put on Hold • Written notice is required at least 10 days prior to my next scheduled draft date to cancel or place my membership on hold. • If notice is not received at least 10 days before the draft date, the upcoming payment will process as scheduled. • Requests are not retroactive. No Refunds • All membership payments are non-refundable. • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused services or time remaining in a billing cycle.
